Shipping and Handling:

All items are shipped via FedEx Ground @ $12.00 or FedEx Overnight @ $32.00 and will require signature for proof of delivery. Customers will select their desired method of delivery at checkout and the appropriate shipping and handling charge will be added to the total. At this time, we are unable to accept International orders. Shipments will be mailed up to 7 business days after payment is complete. Each piece is inspected before shipping to ensure there are no defects. All purchases are beautifully gift wrapped - the presentation is quite lovely.


Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return via FedEx Ground the purchase in its original condition along with the receipt within 30 days, back to Gemstone Jewelry By Design for a refund. All returns are refunded in full minus shipping and handling costs and a $5.00 restocking fee. Please email our customer service department with a notice of your intent to return the item.

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another piece of jewelry, please email our customer service department with your intent and please specify the piece you wish to exchange it for. Then return the purchased item in its original condition within 30 days along with the receipt. The piece of jewelry you wish to exchange for will only be taken off of the website upon arrival of the original purchase.

All returned packages are to be sent via FedEx Ground with Proof of Delivery Signature at the customer's expense. Failure to do so will result in possible default of refund or exchange.

All purchases come with a 90 day defect warranty. If there is a defect, please email our customer service department and they will respond within 3 business days to make arrangements to fix or repair the defect at no charge to the customer. This does not apply to customer-caused or shipping damage. If customer-caused or shipping damage repair is needed, there is a labor charge of $20.00/hour with a 1 hour minimum. Just email our customer service department with the description of the damage and our customer service department will respond within 3 business days. As with all returns or exchanges, shipping and handling costs are at the customer's expense.
