Since most of our jewelry is a One-Of-A-Kind, we cannot hold an item past the 7 business day limit. You will be notified via email if a piece of jewelry you ordered has been sold when payment has not been received past the 7 business day mark of purchase date. In such a case, we will be happy to create that piece with similar characteristics, staying in that price range. We cannot duplicate a sold One-Of-A-Kind piece. If that is not satisfactory, we will return your money order or reverse visa charge promptly.
